Service: Custom Services

Total Reestablishment By Seed Custom Service

Description of Service

If the grade and soil are determined to be sufficient but the turf is diseased with thick thatch, then what we will do is kill off the existing lawn with Glyphosate (Roundup).  After 7-10 days we come back and harley rake and apply seed and straw.

Description of Service

If the grade and soil are determined to be sufficient but the turf is diseased with thick thatch, we will use a skid steer to scrape a small layer of the area, haul away debris, and apply the new sod tightening all seams and making all the cuts nice and smooth.

Description of Service

This service involves adding and working in topsoil for proper root shoot and top growth. This includes scraping all vegetation and coming in with topsoil, spreading the topsoil ensuring proper grade, then installing the sod thereafter.
